
Beverly Lumbres Caimen (born June 20th, 1994 (11)) also known by her mononym as Beverly is a Filipino pop artist based in Japan under the Avex Trax label. She is well-known for her numerous music videos, including "Be the One" in Kamen Rider Build and "Koko" in Pokemon the Movie: Secrets of the Jungle. Beverly Caimen was born in Calamba, Laguna on June 20th in 1994. She is the third child of Ramon Vega Caimen (and Leticia Valdezlumbres). She also had a brother, as well as two sisters. Beverly began singing at the age of five, when her mom took Beverly to school. She discovered that she had talent and she could sing. At the age of 7, she joined her school's chorus. She began her singing lessons at age nine when her mom had time. At the age of 10, she participated in her first competition in singing. It didn't go as well. Her mother encouraged her to keep going, as she felt she required more knowledge. Batangas State University awarded her the degree of Bachelor of Science. in Psychology. Beverly began singing at amateur competitions to pursue her dreams. She won the first prize at the World Championships of Performing Arts. Then she began recording songs for GMA Records, and collaborated with Vehnee Saturno. Then she came out with Beverly Caimen, her first and only album with GMA. Beverly was nominated to win the Best Performance by Awit Awards and received the Harvest of Honors award of the National Commission for Culture and the Arts. She was also awarded the A Song of Praise Music Festival year award for Best Performance.
