Westmore's most well-known character is that of Sheridan Crane Lopez Fitzgerald in the popular soap opera Passions that ran from 1999 until 2008. For fans of Passions, Sheridan is well recognized for her supercouple appearance with Luis Lopez-Fitzgerald who was played by Galen Gering. The show is sometimes referred to "Shuis", blend of their names. Her appearance was on the show Friends (season 7, episode 18 "The The One With Joey's Awards") as presenter.
